My iPhone 6s gives no service as long as it is charging I cannot receive any call on the device

TThe moment I put my iphone6s on charging it shows no service and I cannot receive any call incoming or out going need help to resolve this issue otherwise phone has no problem if it is not on charging

I understand that you are seeing "No Service" when charging your iPhone. I know that it's important to be able to have cellular service when expected, so I'm happy to help.

Since this is happening primarily when you have it plugged in, make sure you're using an original Apple cable and charger, and test it in another outlet if needed. If you still have issues, we have some additional troubleshooting here:
